Frequently asked questions.

How much notice do I need for my order?

We ask for at least 2 days’ notice for personal orders, and 2 weeks’ notice for larger orders or corporate orders.  I recommend booking as soon as you know of your event.

 

Can you accommodate allergies/dietary restrictions?

We will do my best to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions, however, we do not operate in a 100% allergy-free environment. 

We can omit ingredients, but there may be a risk of cross-contamination. 

 

How long will my board/box last? 

For peak freshness, we recommend enjoying your board/box the day it is picked up or delivered.  It is always best the day you receive it, but it is acceptable to enjoy it the next day.   If you are ordering it in advance of when you will enjoy it, please let us know in the comments and we will package it accordingly.

 

Can I make a special request?

Absolutely!  We want you to love your board!  Please send any special requests our way!  We will do our best to accommodate your request so if there is something special you would like to see on your board let us know!

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, to the greater Des Moines area and within a 20-mile radius.  There is an additional fee for the delivery of boards. 

For holidays and/or weekends/orders, we offer pickup ONLY.
